Estate Holdings, Inc and Rancho Pacific Inc., both Southern California-based
corporations, broke ground on the Riverside County
Travel Zone Center, slated to be one of largest, most technologically
advanced premier gas station facilities in Riverside County. According
to Jerry Norris, principal management analyst for the Riverside County

Expected to open in early 2007, Travel Zone will encompass 11.5 acres
in the Oakwood Industrial Park Mead Valley area, serving both daily commuters,
as well as professional and national truck drivers. The complex will feature
